2-minute checks · Everyone accounted for · Proof you can export

Safety software built for the crew,
not the binder.

MusterHQ runs the whole safety day from a worker's phone, and turns it into a record you can export the moment a regulator asks.

Live in a day

Your safety program lives in a binder nobody opens.

Paper sign-in sheets. Signatures chased at the end of the week. Forms filled from memory at lunch, or after something has already gone wrong. Then an inspector shows up unannounced and the proof is somewhere in a truck cab.

The problem is not that crews do not care. It is that the old tools ask a worker to stop working to do paperwork, so the paperwork loses. MusterHQ starts from the opposite end: make it something the crew can actually do in the two minutes before the shift.

Paper goes stale the moment it's filed

Binders, whiteboards and spreadsheets are out of date as soon as they're written. "Are we ready?" becomes a guess instead of an answer.

A Friday binder isn't a daily habit

A program you update once a week doesn't run the shift. The crew needs pre-shift checks they'll actually do every day, in under two minutes.

No proof when a regulator asks

When a regulator, a client or an incident shows up, paper can't prove a thing on demand. Companies scramble to show due diligence, and often can't.

One app. Every shift. From the worker's phone at 6am.

A worker opens MusterHQ, taps through the day's safety check in about two minutes, and signs the crew's hazard assessment on site before work starts. The foreman runs the tailgate from one screen. Management sees it live and exports the record whenever they need it. Nothing waits for someone to get back to the office.

The whole safety day, handled.

Emergency alerts and muster.

The whole site accounted for in seconds when it counts.

Daily safety checks.

Two minutes, aware of the worker's role and the day's task, so the questions are the ones that actually apply to that crew.

FLHA and toolbox talk.

Built and signed on site, by the crew, before work starts.

Hazard and incident reporting.

With a real chain of custody from the worker who raised it up to management, so you can see who reported it and when.

Attendance.

Foreman-confirmed and tied to the day's sign-in, so the roster is real, not a guess.

Training and certifications.

Track expiries so a ticket never lapses without warning.

Built for the worker, not just the report.

Reporting a hazard in MusterHQ is never a mark against you. A "no" on a safety check gets the crew help, not a reprimand. That is not a soft feature, it is the whole point: crews only tell the truth in a tool that is on their side, and safety data is worthless if it is not true.

Any hazards or concerns before you start?
No, something's not right
Sent straight to the foreman
Not a mark against the worker who flagged it

Prove it in one export.

Every check, sign-off, hazard, and incident is timestamped as it happens. When the regulator is standing in front of your foreman, you turn "we think we are compliant" into "here is the proof," in one click, instead of a week digging through paper.

Live in a day. Used every shift.

Paper can't prove anything on demand. Enterprise EHS takes months and a consultant and still sits unused on a worker's phone. MusterHQ is simple enough that the crew actually uses it. That's the line that beats both.

Common questions.

MusterHQ is per-worker safety software for field crews. It runs daily safety checks, FLHAs, hazard and incident reporting, emergency muster, attendance, and audit-ready records from the worker's phone.
Small and mid-size field companies in the trades and industrial work: electrical, concrete, excavation, roofing, mechanical, utilities, oil and gas field services, general contracting, and similar crews that get inspected and still run safety on paper.
Your own crew signs in the app. Subcontractors and visitors do not work for you and do not need accounts: the foreman shares a link or shows a QR code, they enter their name and their employer, and they sign. One phone can go round a whole sub crew, and it lists who has already signed so nobody is missed or counted twice. Guest signatures are not seats, so a sub crew costs you nothing. A guest signature records a typed name, employer, time and device, which is the right level of proof for someone outside your company; your own workers' signatures are tied to their accounts.
A Field Level Hazard Assessment is a short check a crew completes on site before work to identify the day's hazards and the controls for them. MusterHQ lets the foreman build it and the crew sign it on site, and keeps every version as the compliance trail.
Most crews are live in a day. You open the live demo with no signup, request a pilot, and we set up your workspace, usually the same day.
MusterHQ is $8 CAD per worker per month with a 10 worker minimum, so the smallest bill is $80 CAD a month. Owners, safety managers and auditors do not count toward your seats. No credit card to start a pilot.
No. Software does not make anyone compliant. MusterHQ produces and keeps the records that show what your crews actually did, timestamped as it happened, so you can prove it when you are asked.
