How is Muster Fleet priced?+
Muster Fleet is priced by active asset, not by user. Every plan includes 10 active assets and unlimited users. Fleet Core is $79 CAD a month and each additional asset is $5 CAD a month. The Repair shop plan is $249 CAD a month with additional own assets at $8 CAD each.
What counts as an active asset?+
An active asset is a unit you are currently tracking, such as a truck, trailer or piece of equipment, with its meters, inspections and service history. Drivers, technicians and managers are always unlimited and never count toward the price.
What is the difference between Company fleet and Repair shop?+
Company fleet is for running your own fleet. Repair shop adds a customer portal for businesses that service outside customers, keeping each customer to their own units and invoices, isolated from your data and from each other.
How does Repair shop pricing handle customer assets?+
The Repair shop plan covers your own fleet assets, and customer work is included. For shops managing a high volume of customer work, we size it with you on the Enterprise plan. Start a pilot and we will map it to your shop.
