How much does MusterHQ cost?+
MusterHQ is $8 CAD per worker, per month, with a 10 worker minimum, so the smallest bill is $80 CAD a month. Owners, safety managers and auditors do not count toward your seats.
What happens when the crew grows or shrinks?+
Your seat count follows your roster. Add a worker and the seat is added, remove one and it comes off, down to the 10 worker minimum. There is one plan and one price, so there is nothing to upgrade or downgrade.
Can we pay monthly or annually?+
Either. Monthly is $8 CAD per worker per month. Annual is $80 CAD per worker per year, about $6.67 CAD a month, which saves roughly 17 percent. There is no long-term commitment on monthly billing.
Is there a free trial or a credit card required?+
No credit card is required to start a pilot, and you can cancel anytime.
How fast can we be running?+
Most crews are live in a day. You request a pilot and we set up your workspace, usually the same day.
Do all workers need their own login or phone?+
No. Workers with a login sign on their own phone. Anyone without one signs as a guest: the foreman shares a link or shows a QR code, and one phone can go round the whole crew, each person entering their name and their employer. The phone lists who has already signed so nobody is missed or counted twice. Guest signatures are not seats, so a subcontract crew costs you nothing.
What does "audit-ready" mean?+
Muster generates timestamped, scored and role-attributed safety check records, exportable and presentable during an audit. For the Alberta mapping specifically, see the
compliance page. Muster is not a certification authority and does not issue formal certifications, but the record trail it produces supports your compliance documentation obligations.
