How much does Muster Safety cost?+
Muster Safety is $8 CAD per worker, per month, with a 10 worker minimum, so the smallest bill is $80 CAD a month. Owners, safety managers and auditors do not count toward your seats. Muster Fleet is priced by fleet size or shop location, from $79 CAD a month.

What happens when the crew grows or shrinks?+
Your seat count follows your roster. Add a worker and the seat is added, remove one and it comes off, down to the 10 worker minimum. There is one plan and one price, so there is nothing to upgrade or downgrade.
Can we pay monthly or annually?+
Either. Monthly is $8 CAD per worker per month. Annual is $80 CAD per worker per year, about $6.67 CAD a month, which saves roughly 17 percent. There is no long-term commitment on monthly billing.
Do we need a credit card to start?+
No credit card is required to start a pilot, and you can cancel anytime.
How fast can we be running?+
Request a pilot and we set up your workspace, usually the same day. To look around first,

Do all workers need their own login or phone?+
No. Workers with a login sign on their own phone. Anyone without one signs as a guest: the foreman shares a link or shows a QR code, and one phone can go round the whole crew, each person entering their name and their employer. The phone shows who has already signed on it, and says so if a name signs twice. Guest signatures are not seats, so a subcontract crew costs you nothing.
Can we use the records in an audit?+
MusterHQ saves every safety check with the time, the score and who did it, and you can export the records for an audit. MusterHQ is not a certification authority and does not certify anyone. The
