Crew safety and fleet maintenance, in one place. MusterHQ makes two products: Muster Safety for the crew, and Muster Fleet for the trucks and equipment they run.
Who We Are
MusterHQ makes software for small and mid-sized companies that run field crews and keep trucks and equipment working: construction and civil, utilities and energy, oil and gas, industrial services, transport and logistics, and the repair shops that service their units.
We build for the jobsite and the shop floor: bright sun, gloved hands, a two-minute check before the shift, and a work order printed for the bay. Not for a compliance department or generic office workflows.
What We Do
Muster Safety is safety software your crew uses on their phone: daily safety checks, FLHAs signed by the crew, hazard and incident reports, corrective actions, training and certificates, and dated records you can export for an auditor.
Muster Fleet is maintenance software for trucks and equipment. Every unit keeps its own service history. Repair requests become work orders, inspection defects stay open until they are fixed, and preventive maintenance runs by date, kilometres or engine hours. Repair shops invoice from the job and give their customers their own portal.
Each product works on its own. Use both and they share one workspace, one set of logins and one bill.
Our Mission
To make the record real when the work happens: the crew's check, the hazard, the repair, each saved with who did it and when, instead of written up afterwards or left on a sheet of paper in a cab.
Simple enough that the crew and the shop actually use it, every shift. That is the line that beats both paper and software nobody opens.
