Your morning

First thing, before the shift: who on your crew has done their safety check, who has flagged something, and who you still need to chase.

Step by step

1. Your Crew Dashboard shows how many have done their check today. Anything that needs you is at the top: someone who flagged a problem, and anyone who has not checked in.
2. For the full list, open Daily checks. Everyone on your crew is there, with their status and the time they checked in.
3. Tap Not completed to see who you still need to chase.
4. Tap Follow-up to see anyone who answered No to something. Open their check to see what, and sort it out before work starts.

Good to know

• Keep it open. Daily checks updates by itself as each check comes in. There is no need to reload it.
• Your crew only. A foreman sees their own crew. Safety managers and administrators see every crew.
• Nobody can start? Their check opens once today's FLHA is posted. See Start today's FLHA.
