Help / Getting started
Set up the daily check
Each worker answers a short safety check every day. Here is how to shape it for your company: how many questions, which work it covers, your own questions, when it is due, and who does it.

Step by step
- Open the Question Bank. Each day, every worker gets a short set of questions drawn from thousands.
- Under Daily check settings, set Questions per day, how many are Pinned (asked every day), and the No-repeat cooldown, so a question does not come back too soon.
- Turn on the activity packs for the work your crews do.
- Choose the duty categories workers can pick, and turn off any your company never does. Preset the default duties for a normal day; tick Lock duties if workers should not change them.
- Tap Save settings.
- To add your own, tap Add question. Choose who hears about it when someone answers No: the crew foreman, the safety lead, or a new hazard report.
- In Settings, set the Workspace timezone and the Daily check cutoff, the time the check is due by.
- On People, open anyone to switch Requires daily safety check on or off for them.
Good to know
- Who does it by default. Workers do. Foremen do not, unless you switch it on for them.
- No cutoff, no late. Without a cutoff, a check not yet done shows as outstanding, never as late.
- Your questions stay yours. Questions you add are private to your company.
- Who can change it. Safety managers, administrators and owners use the Question Bank. Time zone and cutoff are in Settings, for owners and administrators.
- What the crew sees. See Your daily check.
