Your daily check

A few questions about today's work, on your phone, before the shift. It takes less than two minutes.

Step by step

1. Open MusterHQ on your phone. The safety check is on your home screen.
2. Tap it. Your role is filled in, and your foreman has already set today's duties. Tap Start safety check.
3. Answer each question honestly. Most are yes or no about today's work. Some ask what you would do in a situation: pick the safest answer.
4. Tap Submit check. You are done for the day, and your foreman sees it straight away.

Good to know

• It says waiting? The check opens once your foreman posts today's FLHA, because the questions come from today's hazards. You can send them a reminder from the same card.
• Something not right? Answer No. Your foreman is told straight away, so it gets sorted before work starts.
• Doing something different today? On the start screen, tap I'm doing something different today to add a duty to your own check.
