Help / For safety managers
Run a safety meeting
The report builds itself from what was reported in the period. Go through it with the crew, record what you decided, take everyone’s signature, and keep the signed PDF.

Step by step
- Open Meetings and tap Generate Report. Choose the period, such as weekly, and tap Generate Report.
- The report opens with the period's numbers: incidents, open corrective actions, high risk hazards, and actions closed.
- Below that, every incident and hazard from the period is listed with its fix, so you can go through them one at a time.
- Tap Present to put it on a screen or a phone. Tap the slide to move on.
- Write what was decided in Meeting Notes, and add any new follow-up action with the person responsible.
- Hand the phone round. Each person taps their name and signs. Anyone with a login can sign on their own phone instead.
- Tap Mark as Completed when the meeting is over. The report is locked, and Export Pack (PDF) gives you the signed record.
Good to know
- Everyone can sign. The sheet lists your whole team, including workers without a login, so nobody is left off.
- The period is your days. A week from Oct 2 to Oct 8 covers those days in your time zone, evenings included.
- Who can do what. Safety managers and administrators generate and complete reports, and they and auditors can export them. A foreman can present a meeting and run the sign-in sheet.
- Set a schedule. Settings on the Meetings page sets how often you meet, so the next meeting shows at the top.
