Start up a site
Before anyone starts work, go through your site startup procedure on your phone, step by step, and put anything wrong on record.

Step by step
- Open Site startup. Choose the procedure, your crew and the site, then tap Begin startup checklist.
- Mark each step OK if it is fine, or N/A if it does not apply today.
- When a step asks for a photo, take it there. Submit startup waits until each required photo is added.
- If something is not right, mark Attention. Say what you found and what you did about it, and tick Requires further follow-up to raise it as a hazard report.
- Tap Submit startup. The startup is on record, and anything you flagged goes for review.
Good to know
- Who writes the procedures. Safety managers and administrators set them up under Site startup, Procedure Templates, so every crew starts the same way.
- If a photo does not upload. You are told which step's photo did not go, so you can add it from the Safety log.
- What happens to a flagged step. See Review a hazard.
