Help / Getting started
Set up your sites
Add your job sites, put a crew on each one, and close a site out when the job is done, with everything filed on it kept.

Step by step
- Open Sites, then Locations, and tap + Add location.
- Give it a name everyone on site knows, the province and the address. Notes are for your team, such as a gate code. Tap Save location.
- Back on Sites, tap Assign crew on the site and choose the foreman. Their crew is now on that site.
- When one crew's part is finished, tap Mark work complete beside it. The site stays open for the others.
- When the whole job is done, tap Close out site. If anything is still open, such as a corrective action, you are told first, and closing anyway is recorded.
Good to know
- Why it matters. An emergency alert for a site reaches the crews on it, and a foreman's alert goes to their own site.
- Nothing is lost. A closed site keeps every check, FLHA, report and action filed on it. Archive it to tidy your lists, or Reactivate it if you go back.
- Who can do what. Owners and administrators add locations. Management assigns crews and closes sites. A foreman can mark their own crew's work complete.
