Step by step
- Open Reports. The top row shows checks done and passed, completion, training and open risk items.
- Narrow it with the filters: date range, crew, location, worker, area and status.
- Tap any number to see the people behind it, and what to do next.
- Tap CSV to download exactly what you are looking at, to open in a spreadsheet.
- Tap Print for a clean page for a meeting, or choose Save as PDF in the print window for an auditor.
- For a single incident, open it and tap Export PDF: what happened, the photos, the notes and the corrective actions.
- In the Safety log, Export CSV downloads every incident.
Good to know
- Who can export. Owners, administrators, safety managers and auditors.
- Dates are your dates. Exports use the day things happened in your time zone.
- Safe to open. Anything typed that a spreadsheet could read as a formula is written as plain text.
- Every change is on record. The Audit log tab beside Reports shows who changed what, and when.
Next: setting up your sites.
