Get signatures

Everyone on the crew signs the FLHA before work starts. They do it on their own phones, and anyone without an account signs as a guest.

Your crew

1. When you initiate the FLHA, everyone on the crew gets a notice to sign it.
2. On their phone, FLHA Sign-Off Required is at the top of the home screen. They tap Sign now.
3. They read each hazard and its controls, tick that they understand, and tap Sign FLHA. That clears them to start work.

Who has signed

Your FLHA lists everyone on the crew as Signed, with the time, or Pending. Tap Send reminder and everyone who has not signed gets a notice.

Subcontractors and visitors

1. On your FLHA, tap Show QR Code, or Share guest link to copy the link and send it.
2. They scan it, add their name and company, tick that they understand, and sign. No account is needed.
3. Sharing one phone? After each signature, tap Hand to the next person. The names already signed on that phone stay listed.

A guest link stops working 12 hours after the FLHA is initiated.
