Print a work order

Here is how to print a work order for the shop floor, and what is on it.

Step by step

1. Open the work order and tap Print work order. The shop sheet opens in a new tab.
2. At the top: the unit, the complaint, and a QR code that opens this work order on a phone.
3. Each job has its own card, with the hours quoted for it and space to write what was done.
4. Below: the parts needed, and lines for other faults found, readings and signatures.
5. Tap Print work order. It fits on one Letter page.

Good to know

• No prices are printed. Rates stay with the office.
• The QR code. Scanning it opens this work order. If you are not signed in, it brings you back to it after you sign in.
• Time already entered prints back on its job.
