Preventive maintenance
Here is how to keep service on schedule with preventive maintenance plans.

Step by step
- Open Maintenance. Every plan shows as Overdue, Due now, Due soon or Current.
- Tap New maintenance plan. Choose the unit, name the service, and set how often it repeats: every so many days, kilometres or hours, or both.
- Save the plan.
- When a plan comes due and the unit is already in the shop, tap Bundle to add the service to that work order.
- When the work order closes with its meter reading, the plan completes and starts again from that reading.
Good to know
- Whichever comes first. A plan with a date and a meter interval comes due on whichever it reaches first.
- Meter plans get a date backstop. A truck that stops reporting readings still comes due. The projected date from recent readings is shown as an estimate.
Next: certificates and pre-CVIP.
