Reading the Fleet overview

The Fleet overview is your fleet right now. Here is what each number and chart means, and where to look first.

Step by step

1. The five numbers across the top: units Available, units Down, Active repairs, work Waiting on parts, a customer or a vendor, and work Ready to release.
2. Act on Down and Waiting first. Ready to release is finished work waiting for someone to sign it off.
3. The ring splits your units by state, the bars show where open work sits in the shop, and the line counts repair requests per week over eight weeks.
4. Work requiring attention puts the most urgent work first. Current downtime shows each unit off the road and when it is expected back.
5. Tap a work order to open it.
