Add an asset

Assets is your fleet's registry. Here is how to add a unit and keep its meter readings current.

Step by step

1. Open Assets and tap Add asset.
2. Enter the unit number and class. Add the VIN, make, model and year so it is easy to identify.
3. Tap Save asset.
4. To find a unit again, search by its number, or filter by state or class. Tap it to open its details.
5. Tap Reading to record the odometer or engine hours, and when you read it.

Good to know

• Keep readings current. Service planned by kilometres or hours comes due from the latest reading, and it shows in the list.
• Who can add assets. Fleet managers, service managers, owners and administrators. Technicians and service advisors can record readings.
