Your Fleet setup checklist

The first time you open Muster Fleet, it starts on a short checklist for your role. Here is what each step sets up.

Step by step

1. Open Fleet. It starts on your setup checklist, with the steps for your role, in any order.
2. Add your company logo, then Invite your team so each person gets the Fleet access their job needs.
3. Start with Add your assets: every truck, trailer and piece of equipment becomes its own operating record.
4. Come back to the checklist. A step ticks off on its own from what you have actually entered.
5. Choose your inspection checks and set up preventive maintenance, so service comes due by date or by kilometres.
6. Tap Continue to Fleet.

Good to know

• You see it once. Continue and Skip both finish the checklist. Every step on it stays in the Fleet menu.
• Your steps depend on your role. An owner sets up the company; a technician gets their profile and the work queue.
