Activate your account

Your workspace is ready and the invitation email has arrived. This is how to get in, in about a minute.

The steps

1. Open the email from MusterHQ. Its subject reads "You're invited to join" and then your company's name.
2. Tap Activate my account.
3. Choose a password with at least eight characters. The bar under it shows how strong it is.
4. Type it again to confirm, then tap Set password.
5. You're in. Your workspace opens on a short setup checklist.

If the link says it has expired

The link in the email works once. If it has already been used, or it is too old, the page says "This link has already been used or has expired."

Tap Request a fresh link, enter your email address, and open the newest email we send you. Older emails will not work once a new one is sent.

If the email never arrived

Check your spam or junk folder for an email from noreply@getmusterhq.com. If it is not there, ask whoever set up your workspace to send the invitation again, or contact us and we will sort it out.
